A: 以命令模式執行 /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/wfcmgr，如果出現找不到自行的錯誤誤訊息，以下列方式解決

1. 安裝 微軟字型
   sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts
2. 編輯 /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/nls/en/UTF-8/Wfcmgr

Ans: 將 Windows 用戶端所用的 CA 檔複製到 /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts，例如 citrix-oa.xxx.com.tw.crt。

Q: [ubuntu 12] 網頁登入後，選擇 APP 後出現錯誤

The security certificat​e "CTX-OA"​ could not be validated.​ (SSL provider code: 20, SSL error 86)

Ans: Firefox > 開啟 XenApp 入口網頁 > 點選網址前端的圖示 > 更多資訊 > 檢視憑證 > 詳細資訊

在憑證層級會出現上下兩個項目，選擇上方的項目，然後匯出成檔案，例如 CTX-OA.crt

將此檔複製到 /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts
