F.A.Q：
[1.6-12] 在 Billing 模組新增了費率設定，但不會被套用？
Ans: 請檢查 Trunk Name 是否有包含 dash 或其他符號，請將它移除。
[2.0] 由於某些需要設定了 Trunks > Outbound Caller ID，不過這會使 Reports & Monitoring 的紀錄無法顯示來源的分機號，而是會被這個 Caller ID 取代？
Ans: 這情形會使管理員無法透過 CDR 來區分哪些分機號撥了外線，要解決這個很簡單，只要在該 Trunks 的 Details 加上 fromuser=whatever caller id you want 及保持 Outbound Caller ID 為空白，如此既不影響與 provider 的連線也保有 CDR 正確的紀錄。
