Run system commands in Python
- subprocess 子程序執行時,主 script (父程序) 會暫時阻斷,直到子程序結束
- 無特定參數時,只適用於子程序執行成功與否
- 子程序的執行參數以 List 格式傳入,例如 ["command", "opt1", "opt2"]

: 結束狀態碼,0 是成功;1 是失敗.stderr
